After-care Brows
Aftercare kits are always supplied with each appointment with all that you need during the healing process.
It is crucial to follow the aftercare instructions for the full 10 days after your appointment for optimal healed results.
Retention will vary on a per client basis
You will blot your brows every 5 minutes for .5 hours after your appointment with the cotton rounds in your aftercare kit. This step will help you remove any lymph/drainage that is coming out of your brows and avoid scabbing.
1-2 hours after your appointment you will then wash your brows with the providing cleanser in your kit. You will do 2 pumps of the cleanser, lightly blot onto your brows and then splash off all of the soap with cool water. Pat dry with a clean paper towel.’
Once brows are dry, apply a pea size amount of the provided balm with a clean finger (split this amount between both brows)
*you will wash 2x a day and balm 3x a day for 10 days.
AVOID THE FOLLOWING FOR 10 DAYS POST TREATMENT:
Do not submerge in water.
Increased sweating, exercise, strenuous activity,
Eyebrow makeup + Eyeshadow .
•Getting your brows/forehead wet outside of instructed washing(shower/saunas/Jacuzzis/recreational water)
•Tanning bed use at any point after having brows tattooed will result in discoloration and premature fading.
•Natural UVB/UVA rays pose risk of discoloration. When brows are done flaking, wearing an SPF to prevent discoloration and fading
.•Always let estheticians know of any permanent makeup procedures before receiving peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, or lasering services.
•Do not pick at flaking or possible scabbing. This will pull the ink out permanently.
•Wash hands prior to washing brows, and wash pillowcases to lower risk of infection.
•Avoid Retin-A, retinol, vitamin A, or oils on forehead.
•No lotion, non-gentle cleansers, or makeup should be applied to the brows until they are done flaking.

You are more than welcome to ask for a cling wrap covering or saniderm if that’s your preference as well as using marketed tattoo products to heal.
